I recently bought my kids PSP's for Xmas. They had 6.60 OFW and I moved to 6.60 Pro-b9. When I try to connect them to my wireless router they give connection errors. I also noticed that the MAC address is not normal looking, and is just 1 letter and 1 number. Any help would be great.

Update to Pro B10. It's the latest version. As for the MAC address, I believe the CFW hides it by default. Also what is the nature of the errors? What is the error message you get?

When attempting to connect to a WAP secured router, it doesn't detect the router when scanning. I enter the info manually and it just states connection error. I changed my router to WEP, the PSP detects it when scanning. However, when it attempts to connect it gives me a time out error. I'll try the B10 update on one and see if that fixes it.

I'm a bit of a noob to the PSP world, but have done plenty of modding to Xbox's and WII's. With the B10 update do I just put the PROUPDATE and FastRecovery into the game folder? In the download there are some other files such as SEplugins and SDK, what do I do with those? I'm sure there's a tutorial, but I couldn't find it.

USB Mode >>> Your MS (Memory Stick) >>>> Right Click Create New folder >>> Rename New Folder to seplugins

that's it

tbe go to your vsh.txt and add:

ms0:/cxmb/cxmb.prx 1
