First release of 660PRO-B9 has the CIPL Flasher which holds the wrong FW version(6.39).
When this version is not the same with psp which launches it,
it returns the error message "FW Error!" and exits back to XMB.

BTW: added changelog except a line:
注意:
我建议旧版本PRO用户在6.60游戏开始出现后升级为PRO-B9,以免存档与6.60用户不兼容。

are u sure you installed it? first time you have to press X to confirm and then X to make the test, then it goes back to XMB, you have to reload PPatch and the press X to confirm and O to skip the test
