I have a pap 3001 9g i downloaded 6.39 pro b8 and i thought it bricked my psp it wouldn't even turn on but i figured out if you remove the battery then plug the psp into the charger then put the battery back then you can turn yoyr psp back on in ofw and uninstall pro b8. I hope this helps anyone who hinks they bricked theie psp.
PSP3001(09g) 6.30 -> 6.35 -> 6.35PRO -> 6.35PRO-A -> 6.35PRO-A3 -> 6.35PRO-A4 -> 6.35PRO-B -> 6.35PRO-B2 -> 6.35PRO-B3 -> 6.35PRO-B2 -> 6.35PRO-B3 -> 6.35PRO-B4 -> 6.35PRO-B5 -> 6.39 -> 6.39PRO-B7

I don't know if anyone has noticed that when "Fake Region" is set to "Debug Type I" PSX games will not run: it would result in error 8000004 code. You have to choose Disabled or "Debug Type II".

But it only accours in POPSLoader, so it's plugin issue, right?

really? why would faking the region affect the popsloader :shock:
it's working fine on me no errors at all

I got the same error trying to run any PSX game that requires POPS Loader while on "Debug Type I" so I must say that I do agree with him. I'll probably report the issue over at the PRO page later after observing more. (Not unless someone else reports it before me.)

By the way, I'm using a PSP 3001 4g.

I'm assuming PRO-C will be the next release? I mean the Genesis Competition is over (at least I think it is) and 8 subversions later we will most likely see it right?
