there's a plugin for using composite cables for games called fusaSD(requires a 5.XX or older firmware though)
but it has very low quality, and can cause issues in heavy games.

PSPgo, and supposedly the 3k don't need fusa because of improved TV-out hardware.

the small viewable area in games when using TV-out is a limitation to the PSP's TV out capabilities regardless of cable used, and can also be overcome(at a performance and quality cost) with fusa.

I adjusted the component channel's screen size on my TV to accommodate the small size in TV-out during games. It's an easier & better quality alternative to FuSaSD

i can see that it was ported over to 6.39 ME by neur0n.. number 48 in this list..

viewtopic.php?f=28&t=7407

i read something, somewhere about a fix for 6.60 ME but can't remember where...
maybe it was a readme about an update to 6.60 ME itself...

FuSa_SD_for_63X.zip
for some people it works ..the use of native av output should be the best.. yeah and maybe use tv to zoom

It was a binary NID patch.
