If you're using the latest (stable) build from the official site, you'll have some trouble with PSN PS1 games.

the official pro site should leave b10fix1 up remove c2 and post new c2 with latest commit

You can grab the latest stable build here (compiled from the latest source), PSN PS1 games should work fine.

Is there already a tutorial on how to create ZSO files?

I couldn't figure out how to use the ciso.py. I found another tool on GitHub called maxcso by unknownbrackets but trying to compile it with the free version of VS2013 only threw out a bunch of errors.
