Help - Archive not in PSP/GAME folder?

Hi guys!
I bought a PSP again today after missing my old one and decided to try install CFW.
When following the steps I went into my GAME folder under PSP on the Memory Stick to try find and unzip the archivebut the folder was completely empty?
I was wondering if anybody could help me find a solution to this.
