how to - permanent CFW to psp 3004, 6.20

how to upload the software on a permanent alteration?

Go on to 6.60, or not?
6.20 on more plug-ins work?

I read that at 6.60 / 6.61 is constant, but is also on a 6.20?

I found three versions of the 620-PRO-2015-02-14_MOD-2015-03-33-F and 620PRO-B10.fix1 and 6.20 PRO-C2
All are safe in 3004? Which one is better?

I better 6.20 permanent or 6.61 permanent?
For plugins, homebrew and games. (better compatibility)

It doesn't matter anymore but I prefer 6.61 just for the fact it can run any game cleanly without patches.
pretty sure the 6.20 CFW where updated to do the same via some trickery but its not the same :/
