[spoiler]After playing soom days on 6.61∞ pro cfw browser.
I believe Davees infinity doesn´t show vsh_menu if i close the browser after playing radio streams.
A solution to get Vsh_menu via select:
Direct your xmb into games then select works
This is a already known cfw bug[/spoiler]

The vsh menu not coming up isn't a bug in Infinity it happens on the normal CFWs also, loading any part of the XMB outside of the browser fixes the issue.
(if you use ME/LME you can force the vsh menu to show by pressing L+R+SELECT)

For the note button not working i can't say for sure if it's Infinity fault as i uninstalled it after having trouble with it, though i think all of my buttons worked.

Thanks blake1211 i have forgotten vsh_menu bug is normal with cfw!

The note button did work on plugins but i cann´t use it for switching sound (equalizer) setting between pop, rock, jazz, etc. mode.

Do you have headphones in? That's the only time the note button will switch the equalizer for music even on OFW.

It's kind of dumb that it only works if it is plugged into something but oh well.

The only issues I've had with Infinity is that flash 1 and 2 can't be formatted correctly, it seems to work in the XMB but it wouldn't save wallpaper until i used the button combo to reset it on boot . Trying to format through recovery mode fails with an error code of "-2" no matter what. This happened on both my 04g 3000 and my 1000 (installed it on my 1000 to make sure i had the install process correct)

The other issue i had is that my TA-79v1 1000 wouldn't get set to permanently boot LME but that's not really pressing as i can put any CFW on it.

I don't seem to have this problem so it might indeed be your battery dying

It is recommended that "hackable PSPs" should stick to original 6.61 + cIPL CFW (ME CFW or PRO + cIPL Flasher).

I think it would also make sense to say that PSP GO should stay on 6.20 perma. Works perfect.


Infinity breaks that system.

I think infinity is great for 07g and 09g but I see no point on 03/04g and definitely not on 05g.
