Infinity – 6.61 Permanent Patch Installed

Post by Quickgold »

First at all (before enter in business)...... thank you Davee for this amazing job! this permanent patch works awesome in my PSP 09g and PSP Go.

My noob question is: What we do now with the MAKER folder and the FLASHER folder? Can we delete the folders after finish all process?

hi,

you can delete those folders. you don't need them anymore since you've finished installing infinity and cfw.

i have a question, does you power light turns off even after you turned off your PSP? mine just goes into dim orange even if i remove the battery and put it back.

Well my PSP turn off like always (normal), I did try turned off by CFW menu, by power button and removing the battery and I don't see anything different with the lights.

Orange battery = battery is being charged.

Remove the charger & the LED will turn off.

there are no charger plugged in my psp nor usb cable. if i fully turn off my psp using the power switch or by the PRO menu, the psp will turn off but there will be orange light.

even if i remove the battery, the plug it back, the orange light will show as soon as i put the battery.

anyway, i got it sorted out by redoing everything from scratch. (chronoswitch to 6.61 and re-doing infinity).

it could be that the problem occured because i used 6.61 PRO-C f3 instead of 6.61 PRO-C2.

You can install both, but you can only perma patch one of them.

Keep in mind that a perma PRO CFW refuses to boot a temporary LME CFW (at least it did on 6.20 perma).

Just test it yourself. Install both and then make one of them permanent. Next try to use the other CFWs launcher to temporarely launch it.

I guess the old perma was at fault.

Well I never had this issue because I never use the perma 6.20, I always switch freely both LCFW without any issue.

With Infinity it looks like that I can switch freely too between LME 2.3 and PRO Yoti MOD without any issue by the moment (testing).
