[REL] 6.61 LME 2.3 and PSPFiler 6.6 Web Install XPD

While it does work it is rather outdated so I figured meh what the heck.
I can hex up PRO or any other firmware version if anyone wants.

EDIT: Here is a PSPFiler 6.6 XPD, With these two anyone should be set for none PC fun!

As I remember, you must host php-script like this:

Really? I just edited the name and URLs inside the xpd, Also the contents of the data.zip.
Guess I can't host it then, I don't suppose you would mind(and have somewhere to) hosting the xpd and its php script?

Oh, i didn´t see because of website is still up. Basicly i think it´s same as other xpd installer. In case someone host it, a html script is done as well.
