I can't start the psp with a pandora and ipl files on mms after installing ofw 6.61. Is there any way to install 6.61 PRO-C2 and keep my battery in "pandora mode" at the same time?

i was in game(def freq game) while my second psp was still loading the game (at 333Mhz game, default frequency takes ages compared to zso)

Did you compare ZSO with ISO or ZSO with DAX/JSO/CSO?

Works only on a PSP 1000 (regardless of firmware) or a PSP 2000 with a cIPL CFW.

Yeah, you can keep your battery in Pandora mode, that's what I do with my 1k, it doesn't matter what firmware you're on, whether it's on OFW or CFW.

Converting all those games is not even an option and also I still have doubt that it worths the effort. My backups are on DVDs so I cant burn them all again but at least I can convert some of my favorite games but I need to see a comparision video first.

And also size of the game will increase because of less compression with performance increase and I bet the amount will differ from game to game.

A PSP 2000 requires a cIPL to boot an OFW with a pandora battery.

You need to run a patched 6.61 IPL for the PSP 2000 to boot into OFW with a pandora battery, or simply use a cIPL CFW (e.g. ME, or PRO with cIPL).

A PSP 2000 can not boot into OFW without having a cIPL installed. This only works on the PSP 1000.

That is like comparing an athlet and a senior in a race. Not really a fair comparision.

Downgrade to 6.60 and later use the 6.61 CFW when a cIPL is available (either pre-installed with ME CFW, or using the optional installer of the PRO CFW, which is currently not updated to 6.61).
