Ok, would I EVER be able to play those games again.

In other words could I have more of an explanation of "impossible"

You can play them without the need for the HEN. Just use Media Go, redownload the files you got (they ARE there, because Sony can't remove them unless, I think, they ban you) and play them... Did you lost some game, or the activation for it? Redownload it, and don't forget that some games (like minis) require version 6.20, but that shouldn't be a problem for you

Sorry i didn't understand that bit. So you're saying "Using a different PSN account", or maybe "using a different PSN access software"?

That's very different.
I personally bought Games on the EU/US/JP stores. Because I'm French, I speak ok english, and I live in Japan, I believe I should be able to buy games in the language I want, when I want to. The problem is that sony deactivated some of my accounts because of "suspicious activity" (too many account changes on the same PSP), and refused to let me connect again. So, technically, there are some games I paid for that I cannot play anymore, because of Sony.

I know I'm a rare case, but to me, my case is justification enough to remove any kind of stupid lock.

Remember, technically DRMs are nothing more than a bug or a virus. If you believe it's something else, it means the marketing teams have done a good job brainwashing you.
