Would this particular Testing Tool Firmware work on the PSP XMB CFW thing (ARK's CFW Correct?) for PSVita? If one installs this fw through recovery menu as the same exact way with the 660.PBP file?

Theres no download link on this thread
There is a download in my OFW Archive, but important/rare files are password protected.

These TestingTool, Debug etc firmwares are copyright protected, thus it's not allowed to be released in public. The Z does a great job getting, collecting and archiving these firmwares. Believe me, there's nothing special in these firmwares that there isn't on a Custom Firmware. Features on these TT and Debug firmwares are mostly used by developers, and these firmwares don't come on standard PSP1000s but on development kits (IIRC).

The firmware is actually stored on this and is sent over to this on a devkit. Very annoying, as that means you need to own both for a genuine devkit.

And with the TT firmware, you can actually take 6.60 TM firmware, replace modules with TT ones, and it (mostly) works fine. Extremely buggy though.
