im confused i thought CIPL flashers are for 6:20 firmwares only O.o "hoping for a quick answer"

The permapatch is the 6.20 only one, not CIPL.

CIPL is for hackable PSP's (100X's and 200X's non 88v3). Permanent patch is just for 6.20 and supports any PSP running that firmware.

How so? My 1000, 2000 have used it and my brothers 3000 and Go!. E1000 can't, so it only supports PSP's that can use 6.20.

I just wanted to stress thats its for firmware 6.20 ONLY and thats ONLY for devices that can RUN this firmware. Which are just 01g-05g (+ a buggy/instable 09g).
Which means this EXCLUDES the latest 3000s models and the E1000.

And i would consider you to use cIPL at your 1000 and 2000, much more comfortable. There should be a 6.20 cIPL for the PRO CFW which you are obviously running, i really recommend you to prefer cIPL over perma patch, if possible.

Edit: There is one, i have them in my internal zload files. Should be avaible at the latest 6.20 PRO-C zload files, if not i can upload them.
