any way to play psn demos without updating to the new firmware

You can try hex editing the EBOOT, look for firmware numbers such as 6.30 or 6.31 early on. Change those numbers to whatever firmware your on and save.

That doesn't work for all demos though, but it works for some.

i try it previously changing 6.30 to 6.20 only Gives Me Error and doesn't work

I went to the flash screen and then it went back to Xmb. And said game error

that would be caused by deleting data the game loads upon booting

If you can get it working, great. But for some of the newer ones, it doesn't seem to work as it has more protection.

Just don't hold me accountable for ;)
