And you can install 6.60 LME or AllInstall.
Click the tinyurl link above to see the thread on AllInstall.OuterHeaven wrote:Sometimes I see posts from people who would like to install homebrew or custom firmware, but they don't have access to a computer. I decided to make a small program to do that. (It can also be used as an easy way to install All Install ). It works by using xpd files. When you click on the xpd file with the PSP's web browser, it will download an installer to your PSP. Then, you go into your Game menu, launch the installer, and it will install the All Install program, or a custom firmware installer, or other things if needed. There are 2 downloads below. The first will install the CFW 6.60 LME v1.8 installer, and the second will install the All Install program.
How to use:
If you want to install custom firmware, first make sure that you are on the newest official firmware. If you need to, you can use the System Update option to wirelessly upgrade to 6.60. Then, launch the PSP's internet browser, go to this page, and click on the CFW_Install.xpd. When the download is finished, exit the web browser, go into your Game menu, and launch the installer. When the installer is finished, it will exit, and you'll see the CFW installer and launcher in your Game menu. Run the CFW installer first, and then you can run the launcher when you want to start the CFW. Now you can use homebrew, ISO's, plugins, etc. (There's a readme.txt in PSP/GAME/launcher).
To install the All Install program, launch the PSP's internet browser, go to this page, and click on the AI_Installer.xpd. When the download is finished, exit the web browser, go into your Game menu, and launch the installer. When the installer is finished, it will exit, and you'll see All Install in your Game menu. (There's a user guide in PSP/GAME/AllInstall).

Thanks to Sakya for his P-SPot Extractor. The installer is based on his source code.
Thanks to Anonymous Tipster for his Unzip/Unrar program. His source code was used in the P-SPot Extractor.
Thanks to kacperski1 for his MoonLoader. That's what first introduced me to xpd files and the P-SPot Extractor.
