Do you have UPnP enabled? Are you also using DMZ? I think there was a tutorial on the Prometheus forums explaining how exactly to set up Pro Online, have you checked that out?

Try other routers and if are working, buy routers like TP-LINK, Zyxel etc. I think Fritzs aren´t good

I think FritzBoxes were routers given by some ISP in Germany, in which case you can't exactly replace it.

You always can replace them with another router from 3rd part InternetServiceProvider.
I´ve done this myself which was quite tricky almost the ISP- service didn´t know how to replace it.. thinking i´ve called them 3times till we got it. 1st time faild, 2nd access to the net, 3rd phone
( you have to change login data & password.. i doubt i find it myself .. you probably know that you get more then one pw loginname from your IPS)

I also used a fritz box (an old once to conect my psp ;o) which was notable slower. His router seems to be a littel better as my latest one. N-wifi and some other nice features.
DMZ just search "dmz router" wiki know a lot :) ..isn´t it the router login at IPS!?
Think i turned this off/ on? to use both of my old router at the same time to enabel wifi and to use the none wifi router for pc online games.

..a reason why i keep my old fritz box is the lower need of energy (max. 600m/ah)
