good stuff but can you change

Make sure the custom themes you download are for 6.60 LME

Make sure the custom themes you download are for 6.60 ME

Make sure the custom themes you download are for 6.39 LME

and the such to just

Make sure the custom themes you download are for 6.60

Make sure the custom themes you download are for 6.39

etc,etc.....

since for CTF themes it only matters what OFW you are own not the kind of L/CFW
(just trying to make things clear for the n00bs is all)

Also, you may want to add 6.20 PRO-B10 Permanent Patch and upgrade all the PRO-B6s to PRO-B10. :|
It seems all you did was just copy-paste!

also

You can run Permanent Patch to fully install it to your PSP®. (Warning! this may brick some PSP®'s)

have you forgotten that the perma patch can test your psp ;)

also i would recommend before using the perma patch (or when uninstalling the patch) to Disable All plugins >>> Reset VSH >>> Go to System Settings >>> Restore Default Settings

so ms0 and ef0 flash install to 1 flash?

Think of ms0: and ef0: as partitions on a hard disk drive, like "C:" and "D:". Which ever partition the data is read from will not change how it's executed. Think of ms0 as the "C:" drive and ef0 as the "D:" drive. They both work fine.

In PRO CFW and LME CFW, some files are copied from the Installer(Doesn't matter if it is in ms0 or ef0) to flash0, and whenever we launch Fast Recovery those files are loaded. ;)
