Hello
Is there any NOR manager for ARM STM32F1 MCUs? E3 flasher use one, but smaller STM32F103C8T6 is pretty comparable to at90usb1286 (In Teensy++) and cheaper too, but as I can see, nobody is using ARM in flashing. Is there any reason, why everybody are using AVR or PICs only?
