New rebug FW incoming?

Hey guys,
I've been hearing lots of rumors about a rebug 4.55 cex in the works for quite some time. Anyone know if there is any truth to this?

I personally cant wait. IMO Rebug is the best CFW around as far as stability.
I just wished they would've released the 99.9% complete 4.53 Rebug with Cobra features..

I've been reading about the unofficial Rebug 4.46 w/ Cobra 7 release... Sounds iffy... Have you heard anything about it?

I have tried it. It has some issues, so if you don't have a flasher I highly advise NOT trying it.
For example, even if you were QA flagged at 3.55, it is not active after upgrading.
It also soft bricked my PS3 at one point for no reason at all.

As much as I would love a new Rebug CFW I don't think we will see one anytime soon.

Can't remember where but I remember reading that one of the main Devs in Rebug has retired. (can't remember but think it was evil that quit)

its a solid update but needs further testing to pull out the bugs on the new 4.55+rebug
most things run fine like webman and the new xmb iso loaders,
psp works better then before, though some games are still non playable,
ps1 games run fine, and both run from usb
though ps2/ps3 games must be loaded from internal storage, so multi-man is still a necessity
ive yet to get any ps2 games to work outside ps2 classics on the new system software, and with disks directly
nothing ps2 seems to work though webman or multi-man,
downgrading is still possible with rebug 999 downgrader
