I have a feeling this going to get locked quite fast.
So I'll keep it short and sweet:

Yes, it could be done, no, no one will just port it, if you haven't noticed, it is much more than just compiling it using a PS3 compiler (if any) things would need to be adjusted, function calls and everything, not only that but a UI would need to be created, controls assigned correctly, certain functions would need to be optimized for PS3 etc.

yeah, but at least the jit work is mostly done, and that takes care of most of the issues not all of them but most

I could see it maybe being possible on the 360,being easier to port from the pc version but no way the wii could handle playing psp games. I don't see anyone attempting to port ppsspp to the ps3 either as hard as it would be
