Hi what is latest cfw 4 my ps3 i am on 3.55 kmeaw i wont to instal latest cfw .I dont wont to brick my ps3 and i see people using psn using cfw plz help me ^^ i herd something cex and dex i hawe no idea what it is .P.S. sorry 4 my bad english^^

DEX is a dev kit and by the sound of your post I would suggest not doing that

I recommend using a 4.XX Rogero or Rebug CFW. (Make sure its the non-brick versions though).

Also, don't use PSN with homebrew.

If the Rebug files are from rebug.me, the files will be fine.
If choosing Rogero, make sure to read up before installing. There are alot of fake releases passing as real ones for them, and they've had a number of dodgy main releases as well.

As for PSN, using it on CFW isn't safe, at all. Doing so will earn a ban, with it being only a question of how long.

My old ps3 has CFW before it broke. As long as I didn't use homebrew online, it wasn't banned. But I dont recommend using cfw on psn at all. just disconnect the account.

What is different 3.55 kmeaw and rebug 3.55 . latest games need 4.30 . I need something like rogero cfw 4.40 v1.03

kmeaw is ancient.
Regardless, the same tutorial should work fine, just use the Rebug 4.41.2 Lite in the place of Rebug 3.55.4

Oh, and enable QA flag first, if you haven't already.
You can install this, and use it to enable QA flag. Rebug Toolbox
It makes upgrading/downgrading slightly easier, and a few other things to ease usage.

I hawe no idea what is QF. And do i need to format my hdd and delete all multiman and other staf. And plz post link with latest 4.Xx cfw here i realy dont wona brick my ps3 kidds will kill me ^^
