Install Rebug 4.41.2

Im currently using Rebug 4.30.2 and I visited Rebug website and saw the latest build is 4.41.2 Lite (http://rebug.me/rebug-3-55-3-and-4-21-1 ... owngrader/ and http://rebug.me/category/rebug-firmware/) but I can't seem to find it to download. Does it mean it is not available to the public yet? Thanks in advance.

Not sure what you mean, the download is right there near the bottom, above the other Rebug releases.
Keep in mind, they link a rar containing a txt file with the actual links inside, in order to ensure traffic to their site to keep the site funded.

Does the default update procedure (usb stick , PS3/UPDATE/PS3UPDAT.PUP) apply?

Mhm, same USB drive folder, since that's where the PS3 is set to check for updates on external media.

psn is a nice bit of bootie if you have ps+, and the newer games work, and it fixes a psn and disk ps2 games errer in 4.41.1 rebug were it locks up in the block screen

other then bug fixes and the newer psn spoofer, thats about all the new rebug dose
remember to reset your system after homebrew before psn if you dont want to be banned
and turn off network settings before and during homebrew
