Mostly my issues seem to be unique, I have looked all over google and youtube with no real luck. I had some slight trouble disassembling it to start, had to dremel some screws to remove them (no big deal, screws are replaceable I suppose)
However, when I got the main board out, I noticed that the chip I need to clip the E3 Softboard to was facing in a weird way, I got it on and taped it down like so:

I am hoping it will work just fine like that.
Then I noticed this, if you look in the picture here, where the harddrive bay is, there is a metal plate there that I have not seen on any of the tutorials I have seen, making it impossible to clip the softboard into the E3 flash board:

I am not able to find any info about it online and cannot seem to remove it... I am tempted to cut it with the dremel I used on the screws I mentioned earlier.
And lastly, the tray that I need to put the E3 flash board into was lacking a slit that the harddrive tray had which was preventing me from inserting it all the way... I used the dremel on that to the best of my ability, and it now fits:

My question is, is there a simple way to remove the metal shown in picture 2 so that I can clip the softboard in, or should I proceed to cut it with the dremel? =/
As I said before, I haven't seen these issues mentioned anywhere else, google and youtube were no help.
