ps3 40gb 2 usb help

Hey guys iv been wanting to hack my ps3
Its the 40gb/80gb model with only 2 usb ports fat

Its on the latest ofw but I would like to downgrade it

Will this work??? I'd love to stream my ps3 games to my vita and install my ps3/ps2 onto my hdd (iv heard ab the ps2 converter to ps2 classics)

I have no idea about that device, and personally I wouldn't trust it. I know E3 Flasher or Progskeet are more expensive and require hard-modding, but they are reliable and can go so far as to unbricking your console.
