Finding the ConsoleID of a bricked PS3

Is there any way to find the ConsoleID of a bricked PS3 without a flash dump?
I want to unban my PS3 and my bricked PS3 was never banned.

I dont have a backup of its flash memory.
This was my first PS3 and I never had a flasher in it

if you own a e3 flasher go into fun flash mode or make a external power adapter
