i got the Amazebreak dongle at home, but knowing it's outdated am i pretty certain i can't use that one?

Hello there, as far as i can tell is a hardware downgrade a must, my skills are decent, so i don't necessarily need the easiest way to do it i'd however like to do it the cheapest way
