ps2 psn sale

all ps2 games on psn are $9.99 in the north american psn store
not sure if this is permanent or not but all of them are $9.99
also there is an atlus sale with most of they're games being half off that last till july 31st 2012
but im not sure were to post about that one as its multi-console

not sure if its a permanent drop or not
still the price is much better then $19.99 that some of them were
even persona 3 fes is $9.99 and isn't it one of those games that tend to stay expensive

I think this also applies to the EU store(?). They were having a sale the last time I looked and there were a few PS2 games in the sale, although, I am not sure if the sale is still ongoing.
