Renamed ISO to original name (ULJM05681).
Thats the ID from PjD 2nd, Okaidoku Ban ID is NPJH50475. Thats why the patch doesn't work, isn't supposed to use your version.
Oh i just googled that name.

I found there are many DLC and expansion, one was called "extend pack" with the name ULJM05681, so i supposed it was that the name for all project diva games.

I tried the 2nd (not 2nd#) patch a week ago, the game gave me a 80020148 error. Which made me think i corrupted the ISO by adding the patch.

After research a little i realized there were many versions and the one i had was Okaidoku Ban, which explained the error 80020148.

Just open the ISO with UMDGen and go to UMD properties tab. param.sfo -> DISC_ID should have your game ID.

EDIT:
someone01 wrote: "ms0:\seplugins\divapatch\divapatch.prx 1"
If i use that line then my game crashes but if i use
"ms0:/seplugins/divapatch/divapatch.prx 1"
The game starts and the patch works fine.

Sorry for the misunderstanding of the names. The game IS Okaidoku Ban.

Image

It has the NPJH50475 in the 2 parts.

A summary of the problem so far (this may help if someone has the same problem in the future):

-divapatch.prx (from pd-extend_patch-0.4-r2.zip link) does not crash the PSP or project diva game. (With nploader deleted from game.txt)
-divapatch.prx (from wikispaces site) will only crash project diva game, the rest will work fine. (With nploader deleted from game.txt)
-Nploader.prx will crash anything.

For some reason my PSP works with "\" instead of "/".

I never thought about why.

Im going to test with the "/" and see what happens.

I worked perfectly (in english), even with nploader.prx.

The problem:

My PSP homebrews never worked with:

ms0:/seplugins/homebrew.prx 1

Every single tutorial on the internet, for every homebrew was like this:

ms0:/seplugins/homebrew.prx 1

For make them work i had to put it like this:

ms0:\seplugins\homebrew.prx 1

So i thought my PSP was different and i should always put it like that. So far this never gave me a problem.

When i tried to install divapatch.prx is used what always worked:

ms0:\seplugins\divapatch\divapatch.prx 1

But in this case its actually like this:

ms0:/seplugins/divapatch/divapatch.prx 1

If not it crashes.

Problem solved.

Thanks for the help.

I'm almost sure that has to do with how windows makes text files

the / vs \ thing? Well, I'm running Windows XP -- I wonder how we could test this theory?

no, i think Acid means the thing of windows hiding the extentions of known files, eg. "vsh.txt" is displayed as "vsh"

Is it possible to have 2 translation patches for 2 project diva games at the same time?

Extend and 2nd# patches share the same name and location.

Both have a divapatch.prx and a divapatch folder that must go in the seplugins.

And even have similar named png images.

I tried moving/renaming it but it seems that disables the patch.

Well, I have a problem here. I'm using a firmware 6.60 PRO B10. Everything work great, except, the game (Project Diva Extend) just don't save!
I tried so many times but I simply couldn't create a save data on game so I ask you, there some ISO specific to my case, or there's something I can do.

Thanks a lot

I really, really, really hate that, good thing is they let you change it, although not so easily since windows 7 hides folder options
