I like all of the three but my favorite is Liberty City Stories. Chinatown Wars is fun too. It's view may be crappy but the gameplay is fun and cool too.

Btw, before claiming that CTW sucks, be sure that you guys actually played the game. It sucks on the NDS (graphic wise) but not in the PSP (though lack of voice acting and full tracks kinda lessen the GTA feel). Still I was entertained by the gameplay and the characters.
