There are a lot mods of this PSP game that I know each one has something another I like, original game have some good stuff too. On wiki page I read that there is an official modding tool for the PC version, I wonder if it's impossible or difficult to write a new tool or hack that one to use with the PSP version ?

A new mod released last month and I love it too but not even mentioned here
