Yep they do use the run down setting in the first tile set of levels, they are I think 3 or 4 tile sets 1 for each section. They probably did that since all the level layouts are randomly genereted along with pick ups so it keeps the game challenging, I dont know if this is the case in coded arms 2. Would be great to play it on a vita since all the keys are customizable, sadly that will never ever happen:(, the auto aim settings are great but dont compare to dual sticks.

Although its too repetative Coded Arms has great graphics and unqiue style with random maps.

Another science fiction FPS that I like is NOVA and sure Battlefront 2 is a classic, I wish all other shooter games would have the option to choose between 1st and 3rd person view, is it that hard for God's sake to make this ?

All other FPSs are second world war games as far as I know such as Medal of Honor, Call of Duty and Brothers in Arms.

Socoms, Metal Gear vs are 3rd person shooters.

Coded Arms I and 2 (Contagion) play great on the Vita with dual analogs. Great games. Both games are fun.

Never played Coded Arms 2, I thought it was for another platform. But Im sure its in the archieve, back in the boom I got all the games. I'll try it tonight.

edit: Matrix type virtual reality theme of the game is great but all that hacking and intercom chats scr..ing the shooter fun.

I cant decide whether its good to have auto aim or not because positive side is even when the enemy move you dont have to move the weapon negative side; sometimes when I want to change my target or hit something explosive near the target its turning into a problem.

And last thing but maybe most important grenade has to be a unique button instead of in the weapons row. Its inefficent to select grenade during a battle.

By far the best effort on the psp.
The game is epic and felt very well thought thru.
There is a coded arms 2, it delivers a fps that is more traditional with detailed levels, but it cannot compare to the gameplay of the first.
Visually coded 2 is really nice but they dropped the random generated levels that gave so much replay ability.

Game flew like a river till here but it locked me in a room and enemies never ending although my ammunition end no matter how much I care. There is a trick in the middle in the room which I couldn't figure out yet
