Transfer my PSN games to use with Game Categories Lite
Whenever I try to move my PSN games to my PSX folder it just copies the game and renames the eboot to an fboot and puts it in the PSX flolder, it is actually is really frustration since I like to sort things into the correct category.
OG Vita 3.60 Emulation Machine
PS Vita-PCH2000 stock or something i think lol
Back in my day, I had to teleport to and from school in the snow, uphill, both dimensions!

Re: Transfer my PSN games to use with Game Categories Lite
the ePSP does not allow for us to make anything named EBOOT.PBP so TN-V renames any that it handles to FBOOT.PBP
nothing we can do about but doesn't really matter as the games will still work just fine
also its PS1 or PSOne

Okay but anyone I ever talk to calls it PSX, even the place I go for game backups as I have no DVD drive in my PC (who the heck does now a days?) calls the PS1 archive PSX ISOs. Moving on though, I cannot seem to be able to delete the EBOOT version while in the PSP Filer or the XMB. It is very annoying to see everything sorted and then see "Uncategorized" as an option because of Game Categories Lite. It annoys me, a lot, Also I did a "Group Content" before using GCL and I saw two folders, one named PC Engine and the other NEOGEO. I do not have an emulator for NEOGEO or PC Engine on my Vita. Why are they there?fate6 wrote:the ePSP does not allow for us to make anything named EBOOT.PBP so TN-V renames any that it handles to FBOOT.PBP

PSX is the PS1's prototype name just like Vita was NGP but unlike the Vita people refuse to accept its not called PSX and TBH it would be fine if there wasn't a real PSX, yes it is a real system which is a PS2/DVR combo that was the first system to have the XMB
only released in Japan tho
Anywho I am getting off-topic :3
To delete them if they are one you downloaded through the Vita side then use the Live Area to delete them but if you got them from the PSP PSN via TN-V or from dumps of your own game then sometimes the Vita likes to "hang on" to folders so what I do is run PSPfiler via recovery and delete it that way
if you run the recovery menu while TN-V boots then the Vita will not grab hold of any folders so you can delete them
PC Engine and NEOGEO are there since Sony put some games for those system on PSN and made a category for them
