Probably because of the vita they waited for 2 years XD.
I'm praying that save data conversion works i really don't want to start from the very beginning.

To anyone wondering why it took a year and a half to two years for them to finally announce a release date after announcing it (1&1/2 - 2 years of "It's still coming, that's all we can say"), look here:

According to this guy at Blistered Thumbs, NISA told him that the game will be released before E3. The localization apparently has been done for a while, and only legal issues are holding them back.

Also:This title will not be available on PSN in Canada, Mexico, and select countries in Europe due to licensing and copyright restrictions.
