haha, man, I made to like 4895 i think is my max atm... But after I get all teh stash, i can get some bombs, headstarts, and experiment with the proper equipment to pass the 5000 mark.

EDIT: If you look at the high scores, some people have gone really long ranges, there must be some secrets I am missing.

Same with bombs? bummer. Well you can get a Super Head start, a powerful bomb, and extra life, and the lucky spin item, and the ice block to get pretty darn far easy. Also there are many ways to get ahead, each time you enter a different vehicle, the game slows down. Getting the vehicles and staying in them as long as possible is a must.

As long as it isn't that dumb anti grav suit. That things sucks. Never been over 700m in that ***. Everything else is over 1,200m.

The gravity suit is tricky but it still slows down gameplay to allow you to get further. I think I made it to around 900 once in a single run using the Gravity Suit.

I'm kinda surprised how people can't get the 5000m trophy

I managed to get it without any head starts (and other yada-yada) but I was blessed with a Second Chance prize when I used the slot machine.

I haven't made it my goal to get that yet. I attempt to do the in-game achievements each run to level up and get coins fast. I just happen to get right below 5000 twice in the process. However, it is not that easy to do for me. I die randomly between 2000 and 4000 because it gets fast.

I am NOT surprised, it's not so easy to reach the 5000 barrier.
I also had the second chance I think (randomly, not bought), and my curret record is 6000+
