Avoid Junk food
Exclude all the junk food from your list of eatables. Pizzas, burgers, ice creams, cold drinks, they can be had for a change of taste but stop living on them. If you are able to do so you can reduce thousands of extra calories from your diet that was to make you fat.

That's a tough one. It's wierd,I HATED Portable Ops when I played it on the psp because of the terrible controls but after playing it on the Vita I was really blown away by how much I loved it! Playing it with dual analog really changed the experience for me. What I really loved was the boss fights. I'm not sure which one is better though.

I hear it's amazing when the famous purple stuffed worm in flap-jaw space with the tuning fork does a raw blink on Hara-Kiri Rock. I need scissors! 61!

Having done both, I have to say I found PW better. Controls, medals, coop, voiceover, capturable mechs... hard to put down. PO's budget severly hampered it.

I like Peace Walker better, because of the seemingly endless depth (really enjoyed collecting better and better recruits for my army).
