Graphics-wise I'd go for the God of War titles on psp. Runner-up is Resistance: Retribution
Storywise is FF Tactics: War of the Lions hands down. (technically a PS1 port, but, still >.<)

Story/Graphics combo : Metal Gear: PW is so much win.

(FF:CC has nice cinematics and such, but the in-game models didn't wow me as GoW did)
Storywise, FF:CC was predictable since I played FFVII countless times. :P

Crisis Core would take graphics quite easily; however I would say FFT: War of the Lions would have the superior storyline, as well as aesthetic, especially in the cutscenes.
However, i've always been one to appreciate 2D graphics; I really preferred Fire Emblem GBA graphics to all that 3D they're throwing in these days.

mgs pw is really cool.. after you finished the whole story and the sudden twists you can continue to power up you force :)
maybe i should try gensomaden suikoden i and ii they are my favorite games after all :)

Have to agree with others here on GW: GoS and Crisis Core. Love the replayability too.
