Help with Emumaster

Ok so bear with me as I am fairly new to this. I downloaded Emumaster, where do I put it in my PSP folder so that I can use it?

I downlowded it from the PSP hacks page and it came as a ram(?) file. I first put it in the PSP/Game folder and HBL didn't see it. I then made a seperate folder for it and put it in there and it saw the folder but not the emulator. What am I doing wrong?

Sorry a RAR file. And I should note that I am now useing the sukkiri exploit with OFW 6.30

Hello and thanks for the response. It is not zipped, it is a small file (2138 bytes) and the icon is a white page. Any ideas? Is this the right file? It says EmuMaster VG3XFFXIIIedition.rar

Told you I was a noob! Didn't know I had to extract the RAR file. Now it works great!!
