freedoom.wad must be named freedoom1.wad for it to work
doomu.wad does not work, you need to replace doom.wad

can i ask for a minor feature? can the menu show what version of the wad is being used? the wii port of chocolate does this, doon't know if it is possible here

Hi! Well I tried to use with SIGIL.wad and its not workig, and I tried with SIGIL_COMPAT.wad and it launches it, but suddendly after 10 or 15 seconds of play, it raises an error "R_FindPlane: no more visplanes" and thats it :(((

It would be great if you could make it work :)

Please :)))

Isn't intended to be used with Chocolate Doom, so that should be expected

I can't get either shareware or commercial heretic to respect changes to graphics settings - for example, I have the view set to fit to screen which works on all commercial Doom releases as well as Hexen and Strife but Heretic keeps the image small and centered in the middle of the screen.

Edit: scratch this comment: I didn't realize each game has it's own independent settings.

Is anyone having any trouble playing Hexen, it keeps stuttering every 5-10 seconds. I've tried messing with settings but have no idea what they do bcuz it's not explained anywhere. Every other game works fine except Hexen for some reason

Hello, thank you for the port.
I'd like to make a sugestion. I see that you enabled a mouse emulation for the right stick. Thats great. But for people who aims with the left stick, would be cool if you could have this feature for both sticks separately.
Please consider.
Thank you!
