Perhaps if you take a look at the source code of TropHAX here, you may be able to do that with a little experimentation; in terms of setting up an automatic idle achievement unlocker that unlocks specific achievements in a certain order, all within specified dates or something. But of course, you'd need to keep the plugin running and you'd need to leave your PS Vita on standby, I believe.
