Afaik, there's already a Quake II port for PSP.
McZonk's Quake II port was multiplayer only. He couldnt port the singleplayer back in the day.
Same with Crow_bar's Quake II port to the PSP it seems.

You can't. Mods are not supported in vitaQuakeII (and official expansions too).

Fight against BOTZ when you killed during a certain type of game rule you revive. Just as in Battlefront's Instant Action mod or Vita's Killzone's botzone update.
