[Release] Switch SD2Vita

Post by Applelo »

Switch SD2Vita is a simple homebrew which simplify the setup to install and manage SD2VITA drivers for both ux0:/ and uma0:/ mounting points. You can also switch to another mount point if you want (xmc0, imc0, grw0) :)

The homebrew need an unsafe access to edit the ur0:/tai/config.txt file if you choose to have your SDVita like an ux0: memory. If you are scary, you can check the code and build the homebrew

I tried this homebrew and it just doesn't work. It always crashes if ux0/tai/config doesn't exist. If ux0/tai/config does exist this app writes to ur0 and it's ignored because ux0 is read first. I mean did you even test it lol?
Does it quit? If not, then it's legit... Too legit.

The source code of this app was also included and available for download.
Anybody who is familiar with the very basic fundamentals of programming will know what source code is and how to analyze it for any potential dangers/risks before making such uneducated; inaccurate claims.

This app can't crash your vita, the only thing it does is install a plugin.

Working great for me. Mounts uma0 perfectly and works for ux0 when I removed my existing memory card

It only mounts uma0 when ux0:tai/config is present, when mounting to ux0 it writes the ur0:tai/config/ file. When rebooting it reads ux0 not ur0 meaning uma0 is still the default plugin unless you delete the ux0/tai/config file.
