It could be done but the main problem is that, with the date, the status bar text already touches the opened application icons (with "24 hours" format, the 6th opened application will be touched; with "12 hours" format, only 3 applications are enough).

It would require other "SceShell" module hooks, so reverse-engineering it (disassemble and understand it): "nowrep" did the work to find right text in status bar.
Unfortunatly, I must confess this is far beyond my capabilities. :?

I definitely see what you're saying, opening a single app with a cart inserted pushes the home icon to the left. There's not allot of space left.

A simple calendar homebrew would suffice for seeing day of the week IMO.
Does it quit? If not, then it's legit... Too legit.

Hello OperationNT.
It seems that you are really know what you are doing and because of that I would like to ask you if there would be a possibility to extend this plugin to show free space in ux0 and even maybe in uma0
It would be helpful for plenty people.
Thanks in advance

Here is a prototype of disk space display in status bar but the automatic change is disturbing because the PS Vita tries to animate the text offset...
I will try to see if I can integrate this into "ShellSecBat" under a button control (Select press for example), it would probably be less disturbing.

Looks awesome at this moment, but the switching is kinda buggy as you said. But very interesting idea, see what you can do about it, I would like to have this function as well. ;)

Nice job!
Really, it should be good if it would be able to improve a bit, but amazing anyways.
I am happy that my idea did not fade but that somebody skilled took it.
Thanks again and I hope you will even improve it.
Have a nice day

I think storage space is a little unnecessary, but I love how modded ShellDateSecBat looks. The first thing my friend noticed about my Enso vita was the extra info.
