ok i have those 2 lines in my config.txt and it still wont load.

Might need to find out which Version you have. Just add it in the bottom line like mine. In my case, the Legit PSN Version, so at the very bottom of the Config.txt, best when using Notepad++, add:
*PCSA00107
ux0:tai/kzv.suprx

But yours, might be different.
EU PSN Version: PCSF00403
AU Version: PCSF00243
US Card Version: PCSA22022
US PSN: PCSA00107
JP PSN: PCSC00045
JP Card Version: VCJS15007
and of course the KO PSN Version: PCSD00071

So yeah, got to put the correct Release ID where you need it and it should be good.
Also, depending on which Version of the Plugin you have, the Activator will be different:
V1: Up+[]
V2/3: L+R+[]

i have the same version you have still no go

Best to recheck the Plugin Location, make sure the Game ID matches, and it points to where it is Located.

Also make sure you Reboot after placing and editing the Config.
