VitaSDK CodeBlocks (gift) (needs to be rehosted)

This is for anyone who would like to use an IDE with VitaSDK, it is CodeBlocks 16.01 (WITH code completion) and it is set up using (MSYS2, Mingw32, VitaSDK="C:\msys64\usr\local\VitaSDK") It includes a SAMPLE for use with bits of code from a few H/B. (if i could remember where i pulled the code from i would give credits. altho most of the code was from various different H/B such as (vitashell, vitaftp and others.)
