[RELEASE] Battery Indicator

This is a simple brew I created this afternoon when I saw how inconvenience the battery icon on the psvita ui is.
For exemple, when the battery is at 57%, the battery icon looks almost full. it doesnt give any good intuition.
anyway, this brew shows the real percentage of your vita's battery, and it makes a nice waiting screen when charging.
