[Release]LPP Vita Build Script Mod

This is a simple modification to the LPP builder script written by Rinnegatamante.

This was made to prevent the C2-17770-2 error upon uninstalling bubbles whose title IDs have lower case characters. This script does the same as the official one, but converts any lower case title ID to upper case to prevent the error. Just replace the original file with this one.

Usage is the same as the official script.

Also, I made a Linux (Bash, really) version, and it comes with the vita-mksfoex executable.

Updated. Made a Bash version too. It includes vita-mksfoex for Linux. You need to have 7z installed.
