If you don't wanna update to the latest update (3.61) but you want to access the PS Store, here's how you do it, open the file after you've download it and enter the ip and port that you can see on your pc to your ps vita's wifi settings and you should be able to access the ps store

for me, it keeps showing "Please wait..." and it just goes on and on like that, so might that mean the port isn't forwarded in the router settings properly or something?

EDIT: Sorted the issue by running the program as administrator. It works great. Thanks, Kakarot.
