Considering the usefulness of 3DSident, PSPident and PS2ident, I decided on making a similar project for PS Vita. VITAident is a tool inspired by PSPident - which was originally developed by Jas0nuk and later updated by Yoti. The tool was used to obtain more information about your PSP's motherboard, firmware etc. Similarly the VITA version - VITAident aims to display more information about your PS VITA. It is currently a work in progress.

Alright, got some more information to be displayed. However, I haven't been able to test (Don't have a vita *yet*) this so I have no idea whether it works properly or not. Here's a test build, just to make sure things are working. If someone can test this and provide screenshots, it would be very nice.

Hey, I was looking at your source code a few minutes ago (I'm not really a coder though) and noticed this declaration has a typo in it (should be "frequency" not "freqeuncy" ?) :
(Line 43)
Code: Select allint getClockFreqeuncy(int type)

EDIT : Calls to this function at lines 102 / 103/ 104 have this typo too (in printf arguments)

Yeah it's just a minor spelling mistake on a local function. It shouldn't affect the program in anyway. Ofcourse all function calls to that function would be spelt the same way, otherwise it would show up as an implicit function declaration warning.
No worries, I'll correct it later on. Thanks for pointing out. (The 3ds one probably has the same mistake lol)

At this time I just want some users to test this and provide screenshots if possible.

Thanks, downloaded the vpk.

Installing...

"Failed to install the package 0x8010113d"

:(

I tried several times, and also tried to re-transfer the file through ftp. (With molecular shell (vita shell 0.6), PSVita Fat)
