[Release] DeSmuME - DS Emulator

Post by MasterFeizz » Tue Aug 02, 2016 3:14 am

This is a port of DeSmuME for the Vita.

Still very early in development.

Roms must be placed inside ux0:/data/desmume/

Updated:
Sound support
DS homebrew support
WIP - Multi threaded rendering (thanks to Xerpi)
FPS counter (thanks to Xerpi)
Basic rom selection
JIT (Dynarec) implemented
Video output scaled.
You can now switch between 3 video layouts by tapping the bottom right corner of the screen.
Saving should also work now.

Does this use virtualization or is it using an interpreter? Since the Vita is ARM based like the DS I suppose you could visualize the NDS CPU instead of interpreting it.

It uses an interpreter, I can port the arm to arm jit but the CPU can't be virtualized.
